Day 1 - Arrival Nairobi (Kenya)
You will be picked up at the airport on your arrival and be taken to the hotel for a tour briefing. You will later be dropped at you hotel where you will spend the night before your tour begins on the following day. Day 2 - Nairobi (Kenya) to Samburu National Reserve
After Breakfast, we drive north of Nairobi passing through the Equator and the majestic Mount Kenya en-route to the open savannah of Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at Samburu Sopa Lodge. After lunch, you will have some time to relax before you go for an evening game drive. Come back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight. It is an area where the local people have a rich and colorful heritage. The reserve has a wealth of wildlife which includes leopards, hippos, elephants, lions, Grevy zebras, and crocodiles in the Ewaso Nyiro River. Over 365 species of birds have been identified in the reserve.
Day 3 - Full day Samburu National Reserve
Enjoy a full day at Samburu National Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives with an optional cultural visit to the Samburu Village at an extra US$ 20 per person later in the day. Samburu is home to a third of Kenya's giraffe species - the rare Reticulated Giraffe (only found in the Northern parks). This is also where you see the blue-legged Somali Ostrich, the long-necked Gerenuk Gazelles, and the straight-horned Beisa Oryx Antelope.
Day 4 - Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy
Morning breakfast Then is driven to Olpejata. Previously known as Sweetwaters, Ol Pejeta is a privately-owned 90,000-acre wildlife conservancy. Originally a cattle ranch, in some areas you will still see wildlife and cattle grazing happily side by side. The conservancy sits on the equator, high on a plateau, between the foothills of the Aberdares range and Mount Kenya. It hosts a wide variety of animals, including the ‘big five’, plus many bird species. On a clear day, and normally in the morning, you may have panoramic views of Mt Kenya and her snow-capped peaks. The conservancy has a variety of habitats including thick scrub, marshlands, rivers, and open plains. Ol Pejeta is committed to conservation and has a number of projects to protect endangered species, including white and black rhino. They also have a Jane Goodall chimpanzee sanctuary which is home to primates who have been rescued from abusive or captive situations. There are a number of unique experiences that you can add to a safari including a night game drive and lion tracking (booked locally).
Day 5 - Lake Nakuru National Park
Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park after breakfast, arriving in time for lunch at the camp as well as check-in. Afternoon game drive takes you to the lake to view Flamingos and pelicans. Also, spot White/Black Rhinos, Rothschild Giraffe, Waterbucks, and other kinds of African wildlife. The Lake Forest attracts a wide variety of birds.
Day 6 - Maasai Mara National Reserve
Early morning breakfast then drive along the Great Rift Valley, passing by the extinct volcano of Mount Long’onot en route to Masai Mara Game Reserve to the camp for check-in as well for lunch. Afternoon game viewing in this fascinating wildlife paradise with a chance to view; giraffes, elephants, monkeys, leopards, lions, gazelles, and different bird species.
Day 7 - Maasai Mara National Reserve
Spend a whole day viewing wildlife in Masai Mara Game reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Have a chance to see the "BIG FIVE": Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, and Leopard. Wildebeests, Zebras, Cheetahs and Gazelles, other kinds of African wildlife can also be easily spotted.
Day 8 - Lake Naivasha
After an early breakfast, you will have an early morning game drive and later leave the park. You will head to Lake Naivasha and arrive there in the afternoon. You will have ample time to relax or you can opt to do the boat ride.
Day 9 - Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park
Early morning pick up at your hotel then drive to Amboseli National park, passing through Masai land; game drives on the way to the camp for lunch as well as check-in. Afternoon game viewing starts at 16:00hrs. This Park is home to Elephants, Wildebeest (Gnu), Buffalos, Gazelles, Lions, Cheetahs, monkey families, and rare bird species. In the early evening, the clouds clear, exposing the snow-capped dome of Mt. Kilimanjaro. ?Main destination: Amboseli National Park
Day 10: Amboseli National Park
Spend a whole day in Amboseli National Park, with morning and afternoon game drives. This park is termed an Animal's paradise. Visit Masai Village and learn about their rich culture at an extra cost. In the early evening, the clouds clear, exposing the snow-capped dome of Mt. Kilimanjaro. ?Main destination: Amboseli National Park.
Day 11: Nairobi
You will wake up in the morning for breakfast and drive to Nairobi, you will arrive in Nairobi at an early time. then be driven to the airport.
